广州德点餐饮有限公司，成立于 2025 年 4 月，位于广州珠江新城 CBD，是一家全新高端的预定式板前点心餐厅。
我们致力于融合岭南饮食文化精髓与 Fine Dining 服务标准，在仅设十个席位的板前空间里，以匠心巧手演绎粤点经典——所有点心均在板前现点现做，以手艺与食材的极致结合呈现广式点心的当代面貌。餐厅严选时令优质食材，每一笼出品的温度、口感与节奏都经过精心设计，食客盛赞"吃到最好吃的点心"。
我们正在打造一个"板前点心 + 岭南文化"的全新实验场。这里没有标准答案，因为我们正在创造标准。

德点餐饮仅在广州珠江新城设有这一家门店，未开设任何分支机构或加盟店。
2026 年 8 月，德点首次入选"米其林指南入选餐厅"名单。
Guangzhou De Dian Catering Co., Ltd., established in April 2025, is located in the heart of Guangzhou's Pearl River New Town CBD. It is a brand-new, high-end, reservation-only counter-style dim sum restaurant.
We are committed to integrating the essence of Lingnan culinary heritage with Fine Dining service standards. Within an intimate ten-seat counter, every piece of dim sum is crafted to order before the guests — a contemporary expression of Cantonese dim sum, where masterful technique meets the finest seasonal ingredients. Each basket's temperature, texture, and rhythm is meticulously calibrated. Diners praise it as "the best dim sum they have ever tasted."
In August 2026, De Dian was selected for the Michelin Guide's list of recommended restaurants.
We are building a new experimental field of "Counter Dim Sum + Lingnan Culture." There are no standard answers here, because we are creating the standards.
